It won a ridiculous amount of Oscar's. It's everyone's favorite heartwarming movie of the year. We think it's the dance in the closing credits that did it, and it's inspiring mimics all over the world.

The Head Trickster reports that he had the chance to chat in person with Danny Boyle in October after viewing Slumdog Millionaire. Boyle is much too nice a guy to actually be a director, so we suspect the next big Hollywood scandal will be that Boyle is just the front man for a shadowy syndicate attempting to overthrow the world via uplifting and heartfelt movies.
